Indian Manager for a Retail Store in El-Ain, Egypt

Our retail store in El-Ain, Egypt is seeking an experienced Indian Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the success of our store. As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store's budget, inventory, sales targets, and team performance. This position is suitable for men who have experience working in a retail setting and are willing to relocate to El-Ain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targets
• Manage the store's budget and ensure profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
• Create schedules for staff and assign tasks accordingly
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

• Indian nationality preferred (other nationalities welcome)
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Manager in a retail setting
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Familiarity with budgeting processes
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
