Position: Branch Manager
Departments: Cleaning & Pest Control Operations
Location: Ajman / Sharjah / Dubai
Reports To: CEO – Aaban Services
Role Purpose
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing day-to-day operations of Aaban Services across the assigned branches. The role ensures smooth service delivery, customer satisfaction, team performance, revenue growth, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management
- Supervise daily cleaning and pest-control operations across all assigned areas.
- Ensure all jobs are assigned, executed, and closed on time.
- Monitor technicians, drivers, and supervisors for quality and productivity.
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and chemicals stocks.
- Implement SOPs for service delivery and safety compliance.
2. Team Leadership
- Manage a team of technicians, drivers, customer service staff, and supervisors.
- Provide training, performance evaluation, and discipline where required.
- Ensure all employees follow company standards, uniforms, and behavior policies.
3. Customer Relations
- Address customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and referrals.
4. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Support sales team in generating new leads.
- Upsell additional services like AMC, water tank cleaning, and deep cleaning.
- Ensure monthly targets for each branch are achieved.
- Prepare proposals/quotations when needed.
5. Administration & Reporting
- Maintain daily operations reports, job sheets, and contract files.
- Track branch expenses, fuel usage, overtime, and stock consumption.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the CEO.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoicing and payments follow-up.
6. Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all services meet Dubai Municipality & Sharjah municipality standards.
- Control chemicals, materials, and ensure proper storage.
- Conduct random job inspections to maintain service quality.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 3+ years experience in cleaning / pest control industry (mandatory).
- Strong leadership & team management skills.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE locations (Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage large operations teams.
