We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to join our Corporate Strategy team as a Senior Manager / Manager. The role demands strong financial acumen, the ability to generate insights from data, and strategic thinking to influence business decisions.

The ideal candidate will bring 6–8 years of experience in retail or consumer-facing industries, with a strong foundation in business finance, FP&A, strategy, or business insights. This role will be instrumental in driving data-backed decision-making and shaping the company’s long-term strategy.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Analyze large and complex data sets to generate insights, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
• Drive financial and business modelling to prepare AOPs, assess new initiatives, and strategic projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Category, and Product) to evaluate performance drivers and highlight growth opportunities.
• Prepare management presentations, board decks, and other necessary reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• From commercial perspective lead the designing of incentive structures for stores, regional team and keep evaluating the promotion proposals for each business.
• Track industry trends, competitor performance, and retail/e-commerce landscape to provide thought leadership and foresight.
• Build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor business health and enable proactive interventions.
