Manager

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Car Rental Company Manager to manage daily operations and ensure smooth business performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in the car rental industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the car rental company
• Supervise staff and ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
• Handle customer service, bookings, and complaints professionally
• Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance, and fleet performance
• Increase sales and achieve monthly targets
• Manage expenses and basic financial reporting

Requirements:

• Previous experience in car rental management or a similar role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge of car rental systems and procedures
