JOB VACANCY – GENERAL MANAGER

OneMore International SMC Private Limited is a multinational company with operations in multiple countries. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and develop our operations in Pakistan.

Location:
Islamabad – Main Jinnah Avenue (approximately 10 minutes from Centaurus Mall)

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Turkish (speaking and writing) – mandatory
• Proficient in English and Urdu
• University Or College graduate
• MLM experience
• Previous experience in management, sales, or consultancy
• Experience in sales consulting or customer relationship management is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and professionally manage meetings
• Capable of providing translation or interpretation when required
• Experienced in office and team management
• Proficient in computer and office software applications
• Knowledgeable in banking operations and administrative procedures in Pakistan
• Problem-solving skills, responsibility, and discipline

Job Description

• Manage and develop the company’s operations in Pakistan
• Organize and oversee customer relationships and sales processes
• Coordinate communication with international partners
• Plan and manage meetings
• Coordinate the office team and daily operations
• Monitor banking and administrative processes
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to contribute to company growth
