Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our Coffee Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with previous Coffee Shop management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage shifts effectively, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality and safety in compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team to ensure timely preparation.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and increase profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Coffee Shop management.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including banquet operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
