Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our Coffee Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with previous Coffee Shop management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage shifts effectively, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and train team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality and safety in compliance with health regulations.
  • Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure timely preparation.
  • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and increase profitability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Coffee Shop management.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including banquet operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
