Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Male Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and hands-on experience in managing café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily café operations efficiently
• Supervise and train staff and baristas
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Monitor inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
• Handle cash management and sales reporting
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
• Address customer concerns professionally
• Support business growth and operational improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Coffee Shop Manager in UAE
• Male candidates are required due to the nature of the work
• Valid UAE Driving License is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• F&B Experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
