We are expanding across all Emirates and looking for a strong Operations Manager to lead field operations, manpower management, customer coordination, and daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, and other branches
• Supervise supervisors, coordinators, technicians, drivers, and field teams
• Ensure smooth execution of:
• Pest Control Services
• Water Tank Cleaning
• Anti-Termite Projects
• Cleaning Services
• Monitor daily schedules and job completion
• Coordinate with sales and accounts departments
• Ensure customer satisfaction and complaint handling
• Maintain municipality compliance and safety standards
• Manage manpower attendance, uniforms, vehicles, and chemical control
• Prepare daily operational reports for management
• Improve productivity and reduce operational delays
• Handle emergency operational situations professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in UAE operations management
• Experience in pest control, cleaning, facility management, or maintenance industry preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of UAE municipalities and field service operations
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple branches and teams
• UAE Driving License preferred
• Knowledge of Odoo or CRM systems is an advantage
