We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager - Art Consultancy to lead and grow our dynamic art consultancy based in Alserkal Avenue.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded and creatively driven professional who is passionate about art, culture, and building meaningful client relationships. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the business while overseeing a talented team and delivering outstanding art consultancy projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Art Consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Drive business development initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth across corporate, hospitality, residential, and public sector projects.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, artists, galleries, designers, architects, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide creative direction and curatorial leadership across diverse art programmes and commissions.
• Oversee project delivery from concept development through to acquisition, production, installation, and completion.
• Develop strategic proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and team workflows.
• Represent the consultancy at industry events, exhibitions, art fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's vision, reputation, and market presence.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience within the art industry or in a comparable senior management role.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong network within the art, design, hospitality, architecture, or cultural sectors is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness combined with a passion for contemporary art and culture.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with artwork acquisitions, commissions, curatorial projects, or art consultancy services is highly desirable.
