Role Overview

The Manager – Academic Delivery Excellence will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of delivery across Technovalley’s global-standard programs. This role focuses on maintaining academic quality, aligning with international certification partners, improving faculty performance, and enhancing student experience. The role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation in technology education.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Quality & Delivery

• Ensure seamless execution of all academic programs across Cybersecurity, AI, Data Science, IT Infrastructure, Emerging Tech, and other stacks.
• Establish and monitor delivery benchmarks in line with global certification bodies (EC-Council, OffSec, CompTIA, Red Hat, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
• Standardize and continuously improve teaching methodologies, lab exercises, and course materials.
• Conduct periodic delivery audits, quality checks, and learner feedback analysis.

Faculty Development & Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor academic staff and external consultants.
• Implement faculty performance reviews and introduce continuous upskilling plans.
• Align trainers’ delivery with the latest global trends, technologies, and certification requirements.

Student Success & Experience

• Track student progress, ensuring high completion rates and certification success.
• Handle escalations related to delivery issues and ensure quick resolution.
• Implement innovative academic support systems such as bridge courses, remedial sessions, and mentoring initiatives.

Process Excellence & Innovation

• Introduce academic delivery frameworks that ensure scalability across India, Middle East, and Africa.
• Collaborate with the Placement Assistance Cell to ensure students’ learning outcomes align with industry job roles.
• Work with the technology team to integrate advanced LMS, virtual labs, and analytics-driven dashboards.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standards and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management on academic quality, faculty performance, and student success metrics.
• Support academic audits by global certification partners and accreditation bodies.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of at least one technology stack (Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, or IT Infrastructure).
• Experience in academic delivery, program management, or faculty development in higher education / professional certification domains.
• Excellent people management, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, blended learning models, and digital pedagogy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering / Management (preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in academic delivery, quality assurance, or education management, preferably in IT consulting/training organizations.
• Exposure to global IT certifications and delivery models will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
