Manager Account & Finance

Job Purpose: Responsible for managing financial operations related to accounts, including budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, customer credit management, and all related compliance. The role ensures accurate financial records, supports business decisions, and contributes to the company’s financial health and operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop financial projections, budgets, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity to ensure optimal business operations.
• Manage product costing, inventory valuation, and costing sheets specific to manufacturing processes.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collection follow-ups, and credit risk control for customer accounts.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain departments on pricing, vendor management, and cost optimization.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, Banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure statutory compliance.
• Design and improve internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure process efficiency.
• Support ERP or finance system enhancements; ensure accurate and timely data input and reporting.
• Present financial insights and monthly MIS reports to management and suggest corrective measures.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance (CA / CMA preferred or finalist).

Experience: 5+ years of finance & accounting experience within manufacturing is highly desirable.

Technical Competencies: MS Office, Advanced Excel, Tally, GST portal, IT portals, TDS portal, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
