Juggernaut Commerce is a fast-growing ecommerce company serving clients internationally. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Manager – Accounts & Admin to oversee accounts and administrative operations, ensuring smooth business processes and supporting growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including reconciliations, payments, and financial records
- Maintain accurate business records for revenue, expenses, and vendor transactions
- Lead administrative functions to ensure efficient workflow across teams
- Prepare regular management summaries and reports to support business decisions
- Coordinate with internal teams to support ecommerce operations and operational efficiency
- Drive process improvements to enhance organization, efficiency, and accountability
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts and admin roles (experience in ecommerce preferred)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting software
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
