About the Role

As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling end-to-end accounting and financial operations across multiple US-based and international entities, including A Tech LLC, 7 Kings Code LLC, Air Heights Developers Pvt Ltd, and associated clinics, labs, and support offices in Pakistan and India.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in US accounting setups, multi-entity bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and cross-border financial operations. You will play a critical role in financial reporting, P&L analysis, ROI measurement, forecasting, cash flow optimization, and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role suited for someone who can operate independently, partner with leadership, and provide data-driven financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities & DutiesCore Accounting & Financial Operations

  • Manage complete accounting cycles for multiple US-based and international entities.
  • Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain 100% accurate bookkeeping in QuickBooks, ensuring proper classification and documentation.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring healthy cash inflows and controlled outflows.

US-Based & International Financial Setup

  • Handle US accounting setups, including compliance, banking coordination, and financial structuring.
  • Manage cross-border financial operations, including international fund transfers and reconciliations.
  • Support new company setups (e.g., Taiwan or other regions), including registration, tax, labor, and insurance compliance.
  • Coordinate with banks, tax authorities, consultants, and regulatory bodies across regions.

Payroll, Expenses & Vendor Management

  • Oversee international payroll processing (US, Pakistan, India) with zero delays.
  • Review and audit monthly expenses, payroll records, and vendor payments.
  • Ensure timely payments to consultants and vendors for all entities.

Financial Analysis & Strategic Support

  • Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements for each business unit.
  • Conduct ROI analysis on marketing spend, projects, and operational investments.
  • Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections.
  • Improve financial visibility and reporting for leadership decision-making.

Funds & Cash Flow Management

  • Manage funds across multiple bank accounts and payment gateways.
  • Optimize working capital, liquidity, and account balances.
  • Monitor receivable aging and follow up proactively via calls and emails.

Position RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (CA / ACCA / CPA) is highly preferred

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Proven experience with US-based accounting setups and entities
  • Prior exposure to software/IT, services, or tech-driven organizations preferred
  • Strong experience in multi-entity and international accounting

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command of accounting principles and standards

  • Profit & Loss analysis, ROI measurement, and forecasting
  • Cross-border financial compliance and fund management
  • Advanced QuickBooks Online and remote bookkeeping expertise
  • Strong coordination with banks, tax authorities, and external vendors
  • Excellent communication and financial reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial analysis models

  • QuickBooks Online
  • Zoho (Finance / Accounting modules)
  • MS Excel & Google Sheets (advanced level)
  • Payroll & tax compliance platforms
  • Authorize.net
  • Multiple international banking portals
