About the Role

Vairt.com is a U.S.-headquartered real estate investment platform that offers global investors fractional ownership in income-generating properties, gold portfolios, and halal stock investments. With operations across the USA, UAE, Europe, and Pakistan, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations at our Lahore office.

This role requires strong expertise in corporate accounting, payroll management, taxation, and compliance, with a focus on ensuring transparent financial control and accurate investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Record investor deposits, withdrawals, and profit distributions accurately.
• Prepare and present monthly P&L statements, cash flow reports, and balance sheets.
• Reconcile multi-currency transactions between U.S. and Pakistan accounts.
• Oversee payroll management for all employees (salaries, benefits, deductions).
• Calculate, file, and manage employee income tax deductions and EOBI/SSF contributions.
• Handle FBR-related filings, tax returns, and ensure compliance with Pakistan tax laws.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales tax, withholding, and annual tax statements.
• Manage vendor payments, expense reports, and operational budgets.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for account verifications.
• Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and audit preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of professional accounting or finance management experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP-based accounting software.
• Experience managing multi-currency accounts and international transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of FBR laws, payroll tax calculations, and returns filing.
• Strong understanding of Pakistani tax, VAT, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
