Job Title: Manager – Accounts & Finance
Job Summary
The Manager – Accounts & Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, compliance, and internal controls. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely closing of books and reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop annual budgets in coordination with department heads.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets.
- Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis reports.
- Provide strategic financial insights to management.
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national tax regulations.
- Manage GST/VAT, income tax, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and accounting standards.
4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and loan facilities.
- Oversee investment and fund management activities.
5. Internal Controls & Risk Management
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Team Management
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Improve departmental processes and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA / CPA / CMA (preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹410,095.17 - ₹480,000.00 per year
