Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Manager accounts/finance who can not only manage financial operations but also lead and inspire a team. This is a key position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong command over accounting systems and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee complete bookkeeping operations with accuracy

· Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts & financial reports

· Manage bank payments, receipts, and reconciliations efficiently

· Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) cycles

· Supervise sales & purchase accounting processes

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

· Lead the accounts team as a Team Leader, assign tasks & monitor performance

· Improve financial processes and reporting efficiency

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making

· Coordinate with internal departments for financial accuracy

· Any task assign time to time by the management.

What we’re looking for

· Part qualified CA/CMA/ACCA/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· 3–5+ years of relevant experience (Managerial experience preferred)

· Strong grip on financial reporting & bookkeeping

· Experience with ERP/Accounting Software (QuickBooks, etc.)

· Proven team leadership & management skills

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical mindset

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
