Position Summary:
BNI is seeking a visionary and resourceful Manager of AI Transformation to lead the organization’s journey into the next era of intelligent operations. This role is at the intersection of technology, people, and strategy—responsible for identifying, designing, and embedding AI-driven solutions across every functional area of BNI, from Human Resources and Marketing to Member Services, Finance, and more. The Manager of AI Transformation will serve as BNI’s internal AI authority and change champion, building the capability, culture, and tools needed to make AI a force multiplier for our mission and our members. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who is equally fluent in cutting-edge AI technology and the art of organizational transformation.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct structured AI opportunity assessments across all BNI departments—including HR, Marketing, Finance, Member Services, and more—to identify automation, augmentation, and efficiency opportunities.

Design and lead BNI’s enterprise AI strategy ,establishing a prioritized roadmap for AI adoption that aligns with organizational goals, budget, and risk tolerance.

Partner with departmental leaders to define use cases, co-create solutions, and drive adoption of AI tools, agents, and workflows tailored to each function’s unique needs.

Evaluate, procure, and manage AI vendors, platforms, and tools; maintain awareness of the rapidly evolving AI landscape to ensure BNI leverages best-in-class solutions.

Develop and deliver AI literacy and training programs for BNI staff at all levels, building organizational confidence and capability in working alongside AI tools.

Lead change management efforts associated with AI implementation, including stakeholder communication, resistance mitigation, and adoption measurement across impacted teams.

Define and track key performance indicators for AI initiatives, reporting results and insights to senior leadership and making data-driven recommendations for course correction and scaling.

Serve as BNI’s internal subject matter expert on generative AI, large language models, AI agents, automation platforms, and emerging technologies—translating complexity into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders.

Establish AI governance frameworks, data ethics guidelines, and responsible AI standards to ensure all implementations align with BNI’s values and applicable regulations.

Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning around AI, encouraging experimentation while maintaining appropriate risk controls and operational standards.

Qualifications:

Business-level English proficiency

5+ years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or a related technology leadership role, with demonstrated success driving enterprise-level change

Deep, hands-on knowledge of AI tools and platforms including generative AI, large language models, AI agents, workflow automation, and no-code/low-code AI solutions

Proven track record in change management, including designing and delivering training programs and managing stakeholder adoption across diverse teams

Strong cross-functional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across departments with competing priorities

Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization, including C-suite and board-level stakeholders

Experience developing AI governance frameworks, including data privacy, ethics, and responsible use standards in a corporate environment

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant AI certifications preferred

Experience in franchise, membership-based, or global services organizations is a plus; a genuine passion for BNI’s mission of changing the way the world does business
