Manager Automotive Sales

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our automotive team.

Ratata Motors - one of the leading car leasing company in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a strong background in car sales in the UAE market, fluent in both Arabic and English, and capable of managing the full sales cycle with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and expand the company’s client base in the UAE automotive market.

- Handle negotiations, contracts, and deal closing with individual and corporate clients.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure monthly targets are met.

- Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

- Coordinate with marketing and operations to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

- Proven experience in car sales within the UAE (minimum 3 years). Real skills of sales!!! Especially cheap cars

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Strong understanding of UAE automotive market dynamics.

- Valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage
