Role summary

Looking for experienced sales professionals from the alcoholic beverages / beer / spirits industry with strong exposure in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR, across both on-trade (bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels, breweries) and off-trade (liquor vends, retail, modern trade).

Key responsibilities

- Drive sales, distribution, and visibility for our beer portfolio in assigned Gurgaon / Delhi NCR territories across on-trade and off-trade channels.

- Identify, onboard, and manage liquor vends, key retail outlets, chains, bars, pubs, clubs, BYOBs, hotels, and breweries; ensure regular billing and in-outlet execution.

- Plan and execute promotions: sampling, consumer activations, launch events, and visibility deployment (signages, POSM, tap handles, tent cards, standees, etc.).

- Build strong relationships with outlet owners, managers, purchase heads, and distributor/wholesaler teams to secure prime shelf space and tap rotations.

- Track competition, suggest local schemes, and provide structured market feedback and daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Candidate profile

- 1-20 years of field sales experience in alcoholic beverages (beer, IMFL, wine, RTDs) handling Gurgaon and/or Delhi NCR markets.

- Existing relationships with key liquor vends, bar/club managers, and on-trade decision makers in the region.

- Strong negotiation, closing, and route-planning skills, with a proven track record of delivering targets in a competitive environment.

- Comfortable working late evenings/weekends when required for activations and events; must be field-first and data-disciplined.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
