Qualification:

BS-MLT, MBA in Hospital Management and Similar Degree.

Experience:

At least 3-5 of experience in Blood Banking / Operation Manager.

Job Description:
* Assist PWA's Consultant Hematologist in drafting a monthly report on departmental working.
* Augment coordination between all working shifts of Blood Bank and related departments.
* Supervise all out-sourced and in-house service of Blood Bank, & their consumables.
* Perform and compile the result of QC of blood products and Reagents and Allied used in blood bank in every month.
* Review Blood stocks report daily, and ensure that blood product stock stay in required range.
* Analyze and maintain departmental report on monthly basis.
* And any other task assigned by management.
