Role Overview

The Manager – BOQ & Costing will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and managing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project costing for all event projects. The role involves close collaboration with design, production, procurement, and project management teams to ensure accurate budgeting, cost control, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs for event projects, including materials, manpower, equipment, and logistics.
• Estimate project costs accurately and ensure alignment with client budgets and project scope.
• Work closely with design and production teams to validate technical feasibility and cost estimates.
• Monitor project expenditures, track variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure cost competitiveness.
• Prepare financial summaries, reports, and presentations for internal review and client discussions.
• Support management in pricing strategies, tender submissions, and project bids.
• Maintain templates, standards, and records for BOQs and costing processes.

Candidate Profile

• 6–8 years of experience in event costing, BOQ preparation, or project budgeting, preferably in events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and costing tools/software.
• Good understanding of material, manpower, logistics, and production costs.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Event Management, or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
