About the Role:
The Manager – Building Information Modelling (BIM) is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of BIM strategies, tools, and workflows across projects. The role ensures the effective integration of digital technologies to enhance project planning, coordination, and execution, while maintaining compliance with technical standards and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies, digital optimization plans, and simulation frameworks to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across project lifecycles.

Oversee the integration of technology assets and digital tools into BIM workflows, ensuring seamless coordination, interoperability, and data alignment across design, delivery, and operations teams.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of BIM models to ensure adherence to project requirements, industry standards, and organizational guidelines.

Establish, standardize, and maintain BIM processes, protocols, and documentation to ensure consistency, traceability, and effective knowledge management.

Generate and present detailed reports on BIM performance, project progress, simulations, and key metrics to support stakeholder decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance BIM capabilities, tools, and methodologies in line with industry best practices.

Lead coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including design consultants, contractors, and project teams, to ensure effective BIM implementation and collaboration.

Facilitate training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and promote BIM adoption across the organization.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM management, digital engineering, or related disciplines.

Proven experience in managing BIM implementation for large-scale and complex projects.

Strong knowledge of BIM standards, digital tools, and simulation technologies
