Role Overview

The Construction Finance Sales professional will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients in the real estate and construction sector, generating business for project funding, and maintaining strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for construction finance / builder funding / Term Loans / LAP
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, builders, contractors & real estate investors
  • Meet builders for project assessment, documentation and funding requirements
  • Understand client funding requirements and provide appropriate financial product solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for credit evaluation, legal, technical & disbursement processes
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow-ups
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities and real estate sector updates
  • Develop and nurture channel partner networks (DSAs, RMs, consultants etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA (preferred)
  • 1–7 years of experience in construction finance / LAP / project funding / mortgage loans / corporate lending
  • Strong understanding of real estate ecosystem, financial instruments & credit processes
  • Excellent client relationship management & negotiation skills
  • Strong communication & presentation abilities
  • Ability to work target-driven & independently

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly loan disbursement value
  • Number of new developer/contractor relationships added
  • Revenue generation
  • Lead conversions and closures
  • Channel partner development

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: 30k(starting)+ Incentives + Travel Allowance (depending on experience)
