Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Engage quickly with warm leads via calls, emails, or whatsapp to convert interest into conversations.
  • Understand customer requirements, pain points, and purchase intent.
  • Manage pricing discussions and close sales efficiently.
  • Update lead status, interactions, and progress accurately in the CRM.
  • Re-engage warm but undecided leads to move them through the funnel.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics
  • Share lead quality insights with marketing to optimize campaigns.
  • Upgrade product knowledge and sales skills regularly.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of outbound sales experience. (Fresher’s are also welcomed to apply)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
