Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Engage quickly with warm leads via calls, emails, or whatsapp to convert interest into conversations.
- Understand customer requirements, pain points, and purchase intent.
- Manage pricing discussions and close sales efficiently.
- Update lead status, interactions, and progress accurately in the CRM.
- Re-engage warm but undecided leads to move them through the funnel.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics
- Share lead quality insights with marketing to optimize campaigns.
- Upgrade product knowledge and sales skills regularly.
Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of outbound sales experience. (Fresher’s are also welcomed to apply)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
