Job Description: Business Development Manager – Hyderabad Location

Experience: minimum 2–3 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager with experience in EdTech, software sales, and technical training sales to universities and colleges. The ideal candidate should be strong in communication, target-oriented, and familiar with the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana education markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities with universities and colleges.
  • Promote and sell software solutions and technical training programs.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key academic stakeholders.
  • Provide regular sales updates, reporting, and CRM management.
  • Travel across assigned regions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in EdTech, software sales, or training sales.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Experience handling clients in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Positive attitude, negotiation skills, and customer-focused approach.

Education

MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
