Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company revenue through strategic planning and execution. This role involves market research, lead generation, client presentations, and negotiating deals to achieve business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Identify potential business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Negotiate contracts and close profitable business deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
