Location: This role is based in Gujranwala, Pakistan. (On-Site)

About the role: As a Manager Business Performance for the circle, you will be responsible for the performance management at the circle level.

Your Impactful Goals will include:

  • Monitor & uplift channel performance through analytics.
  • Ensure compliance, visibility & governance of UAO, serving & retail ops.
  • Track KPIs & generate actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Standardize reporting & dashboards for management visibility.
  • Drive structured reviews to align Circle performance with strategy.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure the channel profitability, ROI & and implement the business KPIs in the channel.
  • Owner of Governance Models and Product & Distribution initiatives
  • Build Competition & Channel Insights and coordinate with the relevant team to address critical issues.
  • Performance Management of Circle and Regions
  • Create Digital Reporting Environment with Operational Efficiency
  • Develop and improve the Reporting/Analysis framework & Dashboards based on Business Requirement, New Projects and Execution of regional reports
  • Develop performance metrics based on Business, Distribution, Segments and relevant technical KPI's
  • Preparation of the monthly/Quarterly/Yearly regional KPIs dashboard.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly/YTD Business analysis and performance review, and Battle Room Management
  • Monitoring of growth at the regional & franchise level on to month-to-month and year-to-year basis.


Your Typical Day will look like:

  • Manage & Support/develop team members working on their respective streams to ensure effective implementation of reporting, analysis and policies in the context of sales & distribution of Telenor product and services.
  • Coordination and interaction with stakeholders including Regional Sales Team, Planning team, Marketing, FS, Internet, S&D Planning, Legal, Corporate, OSS, Security 
  • Working closely with all the stakeholders for roadmap discussions and planning for product, distribution and TM activities
  • Perform in-depth study and build strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators and make different analysis across different channels.
  • Special project planning and executions & ensure to provide the visibility/support to the region/planning units.
  • Ensure data quality check, numbers validation, data Archiving.
  • Plan to achieve the targets for all Sales KPI at regional level.




Your Career Path:

Based on your performance and planned growth initiatives, you can grow within the indirect S&D channel and Planning Roles.

What we're looking for:

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree.

Work experience: 8+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in telecom, FMCG, or other high-volume, multi-channel industries, with at least 5 years in a planning role.

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: 

  • Able to work well in a pressure situation, self-motivated and flexible
  • Proven experience as functional architect, project manager or sub-project manager roles
  • Organized and can manage several projects and/or activities at a time.
  • Team and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilled at Power BI, Advanced Microsoft & other reporting tools.
