About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Center of Excellence to support strategic decision-making through high-quality analysis, advisory services, and evidence-based recommendations. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating strategic initiatives, providing executive-level insights, and ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of strategic decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish criteria for evaluating, prioritizing, and managing advisory requests.
• Collect, assess, and prioritize advisory requests in alignment with organizational priorities.
• Gather and analyze data from internal and external sources to generate actionable insights.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership.
• Provide critical analysis and specialist advisory support on strategic initiatives, projects, and organizational challenges.
• Develop alternative approaches and solutions to maximize business outcomes and organizational value.
• Maintain a repository of strategic decisions and ensure effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor the implementation of strategic decisions and identify risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Track the impact of implemented recommendations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Corporate Planning, PMO, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and strategic decision-making within large organizations is highly preferred.
