looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to drive student enrollments through channel partners for our online education programs. The role focuses on building, managing, and scaling partnerships with education consultants, agencies, and institutional partners to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (education consultants, aggregators, franchise partners, and agents) for online programs
- Drive student enrollments and revenue through partner networks
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct partner training and enablement on programs, admissions process, and sales tools
- Ensure effective use of CRM / Salesforce by channel partners
- Track partner performance, pipelines, and conversions; share regular MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Admissions, Product, Finance) to resolve partner issues
- Support partners with marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead conversion
- Ensure adherence to compliance, pricing, and brand guidelines
- Manage partner payouts, incentives, and reconciliation
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of online education / EdTech sales models
- Experience in B2B / B2B2C channel sales
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with strong analytical and follow-up abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in EdTech / education training sector
- Proven track record of achieving enrollment or revenue targets

- Online degree / certification programs
- University partnerships or education aggregator ecosystem
- Managing national or regional channel partner networks
