Manager – Chinnan Spares (Royal Enfield Spare Parts Distribution)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Royal Enfield spare parts distribution unit.
• Manage and coordinate with retailers and wholesalers to ensure timely supply.
• Monitor stock levels, handle procurement, and manage warehouse operations effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales and distribution targets.
• Supervise and guide the sales and logistics team for efficient performance.
• Prepare periodic sales and inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure proper billing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in spare parts or distribution field (automobile industry preferred).
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of supply chain and inventory management
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting
• Customer handling and negotiation skills

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Manager to lead our Royal Enfield spare parts distribution operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of distribution channels, team management, and inventory control to ensure smooth and efficient supply to retailers and wholesalers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
