Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Civil – Contracts & Procurement to oversee entire P2P cycle and contract management for civil engineering projects. The role is responsible for preparation of RFQ based on PR, Rate Analysis, Quantity Estimation, BOQ preparation, defining terms & conditions, vendor negotiation, CS preparation, WO preparation, bill verification, analysis of applicability of extra items & rate analysis and ensuring adherence of terms & conditions sourcing materials in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement procurement strategies that support project goals while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Prepare tender documents (RFQs, RFPs) along with Rate analysis, Quantity Estimation and BOQ preparation
  • Evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms.
  • Preparation of CS and getting approvals as required w.r.t authority matrix
  • Manage supplier relationships and maintain a qualified vendor base.
  • Draft, review, and administer civil construction contracts, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve contract disputes, claims, and risks.
  • Work closely with engineering, finance, legal, and project teams to align procurement and contractual processes.
  • Ensure adherence of contractual terms and conditions during bill processing
  • Assessment of requirement of extra items and rate analysis thereof

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
