Manager - Co-Brand Cards

Role : Manager - Co-Brand Cards Location : Dubai

Role Purpose: The role is responsible for product development and product management of Co-Brand cards and co-brand partner relationship management.

Key Accountabilities of the role

• Execute marketing plans and strategies to drive business growth and meet business targets.
• Conduct regular review on market trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct new product design and development within the co-brand card space.
• Provide support relating to product, market trends, customer needs and competition products.
• Undertake product development and enhancements of new and existing Co-Brand card products.
• Closely work with internal stakeholders such as Card Operations, Sharia, Information Technology, Compliance, Legal and CPR teams.
• Execute acquisition campaigns, spend campaigns and promotions to grow the co-brand portfolio.
• Manage the relationship with Co-Brand partners as the primary contact point for the Bank.
• Conduct data and market study providing effective analysis & suggestions for business and product improvement.
• Responsible for tracking, monitoring, analyzing product performance towards optimization.
• Ensure strict compliance with Bank processes, internal and external control, compliance, and any other related requirements.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role

• Bachelor's degree in business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
• 5 years relevant experience in cards product or portfolio management roles.
• Good planning, multitasking, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within UAE for business purposes.
