Position: Manager - Compliance and Regulatory Affairs

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within the UAE insurance industry
• Attested Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or a related discipline
• CAMS certification along with additional regulatory compliance certifications
• Strong working knowledge of UAE insurance regulations, regulatory reporting, and compliance frameworks
• Proven experience in managing regulatory audits and interacting with regulatory authorities
• Ability to work independently and handle compliance functions end-to-end

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full adherence to UAE insurance laws, regulations, and internal compliance policies
• Oversee regulatory reporting and communication with regulatory authorities
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and internal controls
• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective and preventive measures
• Advise senior management on regulatory and governance matters
