Position: Manager - Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within the UAE insurance industry
- Attested Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or a related discipline
- CAMS certification along with additional regulatory compliance certifications
- Strong working knowledge of UAE insurance regulations, regulatory reporting, and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience in managing regulatory audits and interacting with regulatory authorities
- Ability to work independently and handle compliance functions end-to-end
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full adherence to UAE insurance laws, regulations, and internal compliance policies
- Oversee regulatory reporting and communication with regulatory authorities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and internal controls
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective and preventive measures
- Advise senior management on regulatory and governance matters
