About the Role

King Salman International Airport Development Company (KSIADC) is seeking a highly driven professional to strengthen its Quality function across major aviation infrastructure projects.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, governance, operational excellence, and alignment with international quality standards while supporting the delivery of world-class airport infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction quality strategy across multiple project packages.
• Establish site-based inspection frameworks, audit protocols, and quality dashboards.
• Oversee contractor compliance with approved ITPs, method statements, and specifications.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulators to ensure construction compliance.
• Provide executive-level reporting on construction quality performance and risks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction quality on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QA/QC systems, and construction standards.
• Experience in aviation or mega projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
