Manager Corporate Affairs

Proactively administer corporate affairs and business of the Board

Coordinate with SECP for statutory compliance and with the controlling ministry for timely reporting

Manage all Board and committee meeting logistics — agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and notifications

Attend meetings, record minutes, and track decisions and action items

Prepare for and conduct Annual General Meetings (AGMs)

Maintain statutory books, corporate records, and key documents

Support board development — evaluation, induction, and training

Coordinate with internal and external public and private stakeholders

Assist the CEO's office and Company Secretary as directed

Prepare reports, publications, and other corporate communications

Qualifications

Degree in Law, Business, or Commerce; ICSA/ICAP preferred

3–5 years in corporate affairs or company secretarial work

  • Working knowledge of SECP regulations and the Companies Act

Work Location: In person
