Manager Corporate Sales

What we are looking for

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate business, B2B sales, preferably within the financial sector
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and client management skills
  • Target-driven with strong sales orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and manage relationships with corporate clients for Group Health, Group Life and Investment products.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by generating new business opportunities and managing a portfolio of existing clients
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver customized product presentations & proposals to potential clients.
  • Support client onboarding and portfolio expansion initiatives.
  • Liaison with internal departments to ensure quality customer services.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, renewals and effective resolution of client queries or concerns.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
