
What we are looking for
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate business, B2B sales, preferably within the financial sector
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and client management skills
- Target-driven with strong sales orientation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and manage relationships with corporate clients for Group Health, Group Life and Investment products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by generating new business opportunities and managing a portfolio of existing clients
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and deliver customized product presentations & proposals to potential clients.
- Support client onboarding and portfolio expansion initiatives.
- Liaison with internal departments to ensure quality customer services.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, renewals and effective resolution of client queries or concerns.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
