Job Title: Business Development – General Insurance (Corporate Sales)

About the Role

We are hiring Business Development professionals to drive Corporate Sales, New Client Acquisition, and Revenue Generation in General Insurance (Non-Motor / Non-EB). The role involves building relationships with corporate clients and expanding Salasar’s presence across key industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new corporate clients for General Insurance (Non-Motor / Non-EB lines).
  • Drive business development, sales, and revenue targets.
  • Pitch insurance solutions across Property, Liability, Fire, Marine, Engineering, Cyber, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end corporate sales cycles: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, Admin Heads, Finance & Risk teams.
  • Coordinate with internal placement, claims, and servicing teams.

Required Skills

  • Experience in General Insurance Corporate Sales or Insurance Broking.
  • Strong knowledge of Non-Motor / Non-EB products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability in New Client Acquisition and hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • 2–10 years of experience in GI sales or corporate BD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
