This role will serve as the architect of our aviation process next phase of global expansion, translating the Group CEO's vision into a tactical roadmap and ensuring that operations across Dubai, Kochi, and San Diego are aligned to drive profitability, operational excellence, and market authority.
Qualifications
Basic: Bachelor's degree in any stream with minimum 50%,
Preferred: MBA or equivalent preferred
Experience
- 10+ years in a strategy or leadership role within the Aviation Aftermarket, MRO, or Aerospace sector. With an experience of managing a turnover from $50M to $150M
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of aircraft part-out cycles, rotatable pooling, and regulatory frameworks (FAA, EASA, GCAA) OR managing a team to grow from 100+ employees to 1000+ employees
Global Exposure
Proven track record of managing operations or strategy across multiple geographies, specifically the Middle East, USA, and India.

Duties and Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & MRO Diversification
- Expansion Roadmap: Develop 3-5-year growth plans, identifying new aircraft platforms and geographic territories for expansion.
- Niche MRO Entry: Identify and lead the entry into high-frequency, low-CAPEX service lines such as Life Jacket servicing, Oxygen Bottle hydrostatic testing, and Emergency Equipment MRO to build recurring revenue.
- M&A & Partnerships: Source and evaluate acquisition targets or joint venture partners that provide immediate technical capabilities or "Certificates of Authority."
2. Operational Integration & Inventory Growth
- Inventory Intelligence: Identify "Opportunity Areas" by analyzing fleet trends to determine the most movable parts. Guide the procurement team to optimize capital allocation toward high-velocity inventory.
- Process Engineering: Audit and redesign internal workflows to drastically improve Business TATs (Turnaround Times) across Spares and MRO divisions.
- Service Standards: Establish and implement global "Golden Falcon" customer service standards to ensure a premium, consistent experience across all global offices.
- Certification Strategy: Map out and execute the journey for critical certifications (e.g., FAA/EASA Part 145 expansion, AS9120, OEM approvals) to enhance market trust and open doors to Tier-1 airline contracts.
- Performance Tracking: Implement a robust framework of OKRs and KPIs across Finance, HR, Marketing, and Systems to ensure every department is moving toward the group's strategic goals.
- Cross-Border Alignment: Bridge the gap between the San Diego (Sourcing), Dubai (Commercial/HQ), and Kochi (Operations/Technical) offices.
- Change Management: Act as the primary communicator of the corporate strategy, ensuring all 150+ staff understand their role in the organization's success.
