As a
Creative Strategist Manager / Cluster Head
, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple business verticals or account clusters, leading teams across strategy, creative, media, design, and performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving growth through innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Growth

Lead and manage multiple accounts or business units within the assigned cluster.

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and client retention through proactive strategy and performance.

Identify business expansion opportunities and collaborate with leadership on new pitches.

Ensure alignment between client goals, team output, and organizational objectives.
Team Leadership & Development

Mentor and guide Strategists, Designers, and Creative Leads within the cluster.

Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that balances creativity and accountability.

Conduct regular reviews to assess productivity, morale, and growth of team members.

Encourage knowledge sharing, skill development, and inter-team synergy.
Client Relationship & Strategy

Act as a senior strategic partner for key clients, understanding their brand and marketing objectives deeply.

Oversee campaign planning and execution to ensure creativity, innovation, and measurable ROI.

Manage escalations and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all digital initiatives.

Operational Excellence

Oversee day-to-day operations across accounts — timelines, deliverables, budgets, and team utilization.

Implement and monitor efficient processes for workflow, resource allocation, and reporting.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and quality control.

Drive innovation, automation, and smarter ways of working across the cluster.
Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track cluster-level KPIs — revenue, margins, client satisfaction, and team performance.

Share periodic business reports and insights with senior leadership.

Analyze performance data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
