Manager – Cutiepie Aesthetics Clinic

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Aesthetics Clinic. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth clinic functioning, excellent patient experience, staff coordination, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and overall administration
• Supervise front desk, therapists, and support staff
• Ensure excellent patient service, handling queries and follow-ups
• Coordinate with doctors for appointments and treatment schedules
• Monitor sales performance, targets, and revenue growth
• Maintain inventory, stock, and vendor coordination
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and clinic protocols are followed
• Handle billing, reports, and basic operational documentation
• Train and motivate staff to maintain service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an aesthetics / dermatology / cosmetic clinic
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
• Sales-oriented mindset with focus on clinic growth
• Basic computer knowledge and clinic software familiarity

Preferred Candidate:

• Prior experience as Clinic Manager / Senior Front Desk / Operations Head
• Candidates residing nearby will be preferred

Note: Location Preference:

The clinic is located in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore, and candidates residing in nearby areas will be preferred.
