Manager – Competition-Quality Barbecue

Do you love great barbecue and even better guest experiences? We’re looking for a driven, people-first leader to join our team as a Store Manager. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to grow sales, build a winning culture, and bring competition-quality barbecue to our community every day.

• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Track KPIs and celebrate wins while constantly striving for growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–5 years of restaurant management experience (BBQ experience a plus!).
• A passion for hospitality and community connection.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed KPIs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
