About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Digital Innovation to drive innovation initiatives and support the development of innovative products, services, and experiences across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, developing innovation strategies, managing innovation frameworks, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that enhance guest experience and operational excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and benchmark studies to identify emerging innovation and technology trends relevant to the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the current innovation ecosystem and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Analyze industry advancements, market trends, and best practices to identify and prioritize innovation initiatives.
  • Develop and execute innovation strategies aligned with organizational objectives and guest experience priorities.
  • Define and monitor innovation KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of innovation initiatives.
  • Establish structured innovation frameworks, processes, and design principles to support ideation, development, and testing activities.
  • Assess the feasibility, viability, and impact of innovative concepts and initiatives.
  • Develop launch plans for new products, services, and experiences, including timelines and resource requirements.
  • Facilitate ideation workshops and collaborative innovation sessions across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance products, services, and customer journeys through innovation and optimization initiatives.
  • Conduct testing and validation activities to refine concepts and support successful implementation.
  • Continuously gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities to maximize value and stakeholder satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in Innovation Management, Digital Innovation, Strategy, Product Development, Service Design, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading innovation initiatives within large organizations is highly preferred.
