Job Title: Manager – Digital Innovation and Experience

Location: Dubai

Duration: Permanent

Salary: 10k AED per month

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

Education

• Bachelors degree in Technology, Digital Media, Business, Innovation, or related field.

• Masters degree preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

• Four to seven years of experience in digital transformation, product experience, user experience focused roles, artificial intelligence or automation adoption, or innovation strategy.

• Experience in technology, media, digital content, portal ecosystems, or product companies is preferred.

Technical skills

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools, automation platforms, and digital experience systems.

• Familiarity with user experience design, user research, and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro.

• Understanding of content management systems, APIs, cloud systems, and analytics tools.
