Manager - Digital Marketing

India

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with hospital objectives.

· Plan and maintain a detailed digital content calendar for all platforms.

· Define KPIs and measurable targets for campaigns and lead generation.

2. Social Media Management

· Manage and grow the hospital’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, X, Google My Business (GMB), and LinkedIn.

· Create, schedule and publish content, including posts, reels, carousels, and stories, aligned with the content calendar.

· Track engagement, follower growth, and lead conversions from social media campaigns.

3. Content Creation & Blogging

· Plan, create, and publish high-quality blogs and website content optimized for SEO.

· Ensure all content reflects the hospital’s brand voice and messaging.

4. SEO & Local SEO

· Optimize website and local listings to improve search rankings and visibility.

· Track keyword performance and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

5. Third-Party Website & Listings Management

· Ensure all external websites, directories, and third-party listings have accurate, up-to-date information about the hospital.

· Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

6. Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation

· Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.

· Ensure all leads are captured and trackable in CRM systems for proper follow-up and reporting.

7. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

· Monitor performance across all digital channels using analytics tools.

· Maintain dashboards to track ROI, leads, conversions, and engagement.

· Provide actionable insights and reports to senior management.

8. Vendor & Agency Management

· Coordinate with external agencies for campaigns, content, and social media management.

· Manage vendor performance, budgets, and deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

· 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or service sectors.

· Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, GMB), SEO, paid campaigns, and analytics tools.

· Hands-on experience with CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong content creation and social media management skills.

· Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

· Up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

· Strong project and team management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
