Manager, Digital Marketing
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Growth team to help shape, execute, and optimize our B2B marketing strategy across owned channels with primary responsibility for organic social and email marketing, and updating content on our website. This role focuses on ongoing, cadence-driven initiatives that drive and sustain audience engagement. It requires an ownership-driven mindset, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and engage in cross-functional teamwork. The ideal candidate will have experience driving measurable results in an agency environment.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director, Associate Marketing Director, and sales team to produce cross-channel marketing results that elevate Monigle’s presence and showcase our branding expertise to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for owned channels–from development and planning to copywriting, asset design, publishing, promotion, and analyzing performance.
- Social (30%): Own the day-to-day management of Monigle’s organic social presence, primarily on LinkedIn and Instagram. Develop and maintain a dynamic content calendar that reflects brand voice and audience interests. Write engaging copy tailored to each platform, design on-brand graphics using our templates, and ensure timely publishing. Actively monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and analyze performance trends to inform future content and improve reach and impact.
- Email (30%): Collaborate with team on strategy, then take ownership of planning, copywriting, and execution for all email initiatives. Build and QA templated emails ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and proper segmentation. Manage timelines and deliverables and monitor performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Project management (15%): Coordinate and manage timelines and tactical execution of content calendar as it pertains to social and email distribution. Ensure timely delivery of all initiatives, taking ownership, and keeping timelines on track and stakeholders aligned to help streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Website (10%): Own website updates including publishing, proofing, and QA of blog posts and landing pages. Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, SEO-optimized, properly formatted, and functional across devices. Coordinate with stakeholders on content revisions and maintain website content calendar.
- Campaigns (10%): Provide cross-channel support and coordination for special marketing campaigns, including the multi-annual Humanizing Brand Experience report releases. Assist with campaign planning, asset creation, distribution across email and social channels, landing page setup, and post-campaign performance analysis. Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance tracking & reporting (5%): Monitor and track marketing performance data across owned channels to surface insights that will inform strategy and optimization. Assist in identifying trends and areas of opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on email and social that successfully engage target audiences.
- Agency experience strongly preferred with a solid understanding of brand strategy.
- Exceptional (copy)writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an editorial perspective and brand storytelling experience.
- Experience owning and managing social media accounts and email marketing that move the needle.
- An eye for design with experience creating on-brand creative assets with templates in tools including Canva and Figma. Experience with basic video shooting/editing is a plus.
- Experience building basic emails and drag-and-drop templated emails.
- Strong experience with Asana, Salesforce Account Engagement (FKA Pardot), Stripo, Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics. (or comparable tools with guarantee to adapt quickly)
- Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude eager to make an impact and always asking “what else can I be doing?” to anticipate needs and raise the bar of the Growth team.
- Highly organized and process-driven with the ability to plan, prioritize, and work quickly under pressure. You’re able to manage your own workload and balance several projects concurrently while effectively communicating and collaborating with others.
- Demonstrated creative thinking skills—develop innovative solutions, generate compelling ideas, and approach challenges from a fresh perspective.
- Solid analytical skills with an ability or willingness to learn how to derive actionable insights from data.
Salary range: $65,000 – 75,000
- Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
