REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree Required: MBA
  • Experience: 2 to 6 yrs with doctors relationship role
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred.
  • Only Female Candidates.

ROLES AND RESPONSBILITES:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment of doctors, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and departmental introductions.
  • Doctor Support & Communication:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all doctor-related queries, concerns, and administrative support needs.
  • Maintain a confidential and professional approach in handling sensitive matters related to doctors.
  • Payroll & Documentation:
  • Liaise with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of doctors' payroll, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
  • Maintain and update personnel files and credentials of all doctors in coordination with compliance and HR teams.
  • Virtual Meetings Coordination:
  • Schedule, organize, and coordinate virtual meetings between doctors and the Chairperson or other key executives.
  • Prepare agendas, share meeting links, and follow up on action points from meetings.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting:
  • Assist in reviewing and improving onboarding and engagement processes for medical staff.
  • Prepare regular reports on staffing status, onboarding progress, and doctor-related concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • MS office: 1 year (Preferred)
