REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree Required: MBA
- Experience: 2 to 6 yrs with doctors relationship role
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
- Only Female Candidates.
ROLES AND RESPONSBILITES:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment of doctors, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and departmental introductions.
- Doctor Support & Communication:
- Act as the first point of contact for all doctor-related queries, concerns, and administrative support needs.
- Maintain a confidential and professional approach in handling sensitive matters related to doctors.
- Payroll & Documentation:
- Liaise with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of doctors' payroll, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
- Maintain and update personnel files and credentials of all doctors in coordination with compliance and HR teams.
- Virtual Meetings Coordination:
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate virtual meetings between doctors and the Chairperson or other key executives.
- Prepare agendas, share meeting links, and follow up on action points from meetings.
- Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Assist in reviewing and improving onboarding and engagement processes for medical staff.
- Prepare regular reports on staffing status, onboarding progress, and doctor-related concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
