Manager Enterprise Application

We’re partnering with a leading organization in the food service / quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector to find a Manager – Enterprise Applications who will own and evolve the full application portfolio, ensuring seamless integration across departments and a forward-thinking technology landscape.

🔍 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end management of enterprise business applications across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations.
• Act as a technology gatekeeper , evaluating and enhancing systems while recommending cutting-edge solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Drive excellence in service delivery, vendor management, and team development while staying ahead of emerging trends.
• Report directly to senior stakeholders and influence critical decisions through data-driven insights and strategic presentations.
• The organization’s core platform is Microsoft Dynamics 365 , with other key technologies including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure . Prior experience in D365 implementation and governance is highly desirable .

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Enterprise Application Portfolio ensuring performance, integration, and business alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand operational needs and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Evaluate and modernize applications, balancing customization with architectural integrity.
• Lead change documentation, business requirement gathering, and system enhancements.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing applications team focused on innovation and delivery.
• Ensure vendor compliance, SLA fulfillment, and continuous improvement in service quality.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for forward-looking technology adoption.

✅ What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise applications in large, complex environments.
• Strong command of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (implementation, management, integration).
• Expertise in ERP, HRMS, SCM, and financial systems (D365, SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering business value through technology.
