Manager - Facilities and Banquets

Manager- Facilities and Banquets will be responsible for the following:

• Facilities
• Overseeing the AMC of all equipments - critical and otherwise on the premises
• Upkeep and maintenance of all assets - AC, Kitchen items ; Bar items ; Generator, Bore well, Room items etc
• Pest control
• Cleanliness of the premise
• Rooms
• Library
• Halls
• All premises
• Lights and others:
• Ensure the lights are off after working hours
• Generator/ electrical issues
• Identify and manage vendors for the smooth running of the club.
• Security
• Adequate security
• Record keeping of security personnel
• Working of cameras
• Availability of recording
• Programs / Banquets
• In charge of readiness of all programs
• Check list
• Coordination between various departments for banquets/ program
• Closure of billing
• End to end accountability of the programs in the halls.

Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in managing facilities with a slight exposure to banquets in a social club or hotel or resort
• Expertise in handling Facilities is a must
• Ability to converse in English , Hindi , Kannada and Malayalam preferred.
• Well Groomed and Presentable personality preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
