· Managing day to day Administrative activities and smooth functioning for all of the departments

· Costing & Budgeting - Cost Control and Monitoring expenses. Optimum Utilization of Resources.

· Protocol setting for all of the above departments and wherever protocols are set-up ensuring protocols are followed.

· Bill checking & clearance before handing over to accounts for payment for all the outsourced vendors used in the departments mentioned above.

· Handling staff/patient/relatives queries with related to any facilities, food, security, housekeeping

· Identification of vendors for above mentioned departments, price negotiation & signing for AMC’s with vendors, Contract management, AMC related scope of work.

· Maintain work related to civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HAVAC. Respond to all urgent maintenance calls. Ensure emergency vendors are finalized and kept ready at all points of time with regards to the above mentioned areas of work.

· Ensure Fire, Safety, Emergency Evacuation

· Maintain relationships with government agencies (BMC, Fire, etc)

· Maintain complete Stock Inventory for areas of work mentioned above

· Facilitate Transportation

· Ensure complete hygiene is maintained

· Liasioning with various external government agencies like BMC, PWD, and other government bodies and ensure cordial relations with them.

· Monitor the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and make appropriate recommendation to ensure efficient operations, implement agreed changes.

· Monitor all statutory compliance, quality and audit

· Inter departmental coordination.

· Ensure that proper water supply /Electrical Power is available 24x7x365 days/ at hospital premises , waste reduction , BMW is take care end to end.

· Avoid wastage of water, control level of water in tanks for the same

· Ensure all Cleaning& maintenance of all drain lines are as per schedules.

· Ensure proper allocation and management of space within buildings as well managing building maintenance activities

· Maintenance repairs of following items: Door closures, trolleys, wheel chairs, stretchers, doors, revolving chairs, stationary, furniture, etc.

· Maintain inventory details/ stock for plumbing material/spares as per schedules.

· Under take all plumbing related work in premises

· Ensure that Emergency supply through UPS is provided to various critical care areas. In case of failure of electricity supply is provided through UPS/ Generator/any other back. Responsible for operation, maintenance &Troubleshooting of entire HVAC system i.e.chiller plants, AHUs, FCUs, BMS, Split ACs, Cooling Towers, Primary& secondary Pumps etc.

· MIS – Reporting. Submit daily/Monthly/Quarterly /Yearly report on work to reporting Manager / Directors

· Supervising and training multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers.

· Should take accountability of People & Talent Management, integrating the available resources, actively focus on subordinate development through performance monitoring, periodical counselling, guiding and coaching.

Qualification : Graduate ,Post Graduate

Total Experience : 10-15 years

  • Analytical Skills: Facilities managers must look at a lot of different information and make decisions based on needs and budget concerns.
  • Communication: Facilities managers talk to their employees, and work with management to make sure the job gets done. Being able to clearly explain what needs to be done will be necessary.
  • Attention to Detail: Quality control is a large part of a facilities manager's job. Making sure cleaning, upkeep and safety standards are maintained, or efficiencies are discovered, is key. Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture
  • Leadership Skills: Facilities managers must motivate and coordinate employees, as well as deal with any disciplinary issues that may come up. The ability to lead and manage teams and projects
  • Commercial awareness
  • Organisation, time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
