Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (short & long term)
- Monitor and control costs; conduct variance analysis between actuals & budgets
- Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations (local laws, financial standards)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, vendor payments
- Oversee internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial risk
- Work with leadership team on strategic decisions (investments, pricing, expansion)
- Liaise with external auditors and prepare for audits
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business; ACA/CA Inter, Finalist / ACMA/ CMA Inter, Finalist or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
- 9-10 years of finance / accounting experience; prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in manufacturing / engineering environment preferred (if relevant)
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards in Pakistan
- Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with financial software / ERP tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision‐making skills
- Good leadership / team management capability
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
